Scout RFP • Product Designer

Scout RFP aims to be the single source of truth for sourcing by providing a cloud-based platform for the procurement space.
My goal was to rethink and redesign for the ever-tedious process of sourcing for buyers and vendors. I designed experiences for creating and participating in reverse auctions, dynamic negotiation analysis, and RFPs.
The Home Depot • User Researcher & UX Designer
April 2016 - February 2018
The Home Depot is a Fortune 50 company in the retail space. I worked as the UX resource for the Enterprise Pricing Team to design internal pricing strategy tools.
My core contributions were beginning the process of implementing new features by leading discovery research, ending with usability testing, and getting regular feedback with different research methods in between.
Randstad USA • UX and Content Management Specialist

Randstad USA is one of the top staffing companies in the world that connects job seekers of all levels with employers.
At Randstad, I did user research and design for www.randstadusa.com on desktop and mobile for our job seekers and clients while increasing our site traffic, increasing quality applications, and capturing client leads. Key projects include the job application process, a resume-building tool, branch pages, and client information pages.
